Health at Roman Road Primary

The majority of children and staff took part in the walk to school week. Some travelled by walking, cycling and scootering. The KS2 children got involved in the Big Street Survey project where they surveyed their local road: Roman Road. They were able to identify any road hazards, other signs and their solutions. They also made a shoe collage wearing their best walking shoes to school. The KS1 completed the diary activities and entered a writing competition to create a poster on the importance of walking, cycling and scootering to school.
